When they pulled back the damaged roof and found additional broken rafters and plywood that was clearly not on the estimate, I was so worried that the insurance company wouldn't cover the additional damage, Tony assured me that I had nothing to worry about and he would make it right. When I noticed nail pops in my living room ceiling after the roof was complete, they came in and fixed it at no additional charge.
