Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes, regularly. We coordinate on sequencing, hold the dry-in date, carry our own insurance, and can provide a certificate before we mobilize. Ask about per-unit pricing on multi-lot work.
How long does a new roof installation take?
Most single-family roofs are one to two days of install once we’re on site. Complex rooflines, steep pitches or multiple planes can run a third day. Dry-in happens first so the structure is protected from day one.
Do you pull the permit?
Yes, in St. Mary’s, Calvert and Charles County. It’s included in the quote, and we handle the inspection scheduling.
Can you install on an addition without disturbing the existing roof?
We tie into it rather than disturb it. The intersection gets proper step and kick-out flashing and ice-and-water shield well past the joint. If your existing shingles are discontinued, we’ll show you the closest match before we order.
What ventilation will my new roof have?
Balanced ridge-and-soffit ventilation sized to your attic’s square footage, unless the design calls for something else. We’ll explain what’s specified and why before install.
