Anyone offering to skip a required permit is offering to skip the inspection that protects you.
Often, if wind or hail caused the damage, you pay the deductible and insurance covers the rest. Insurance doesn’t cover a roof that simply wore out. Our inspection documents everything with photos your adjuster can use, and we’ll tell you honestly whether you have a claim.
